OUR STORY.
Fission 46 was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that Africa’s energy resources deserve world-class commercial management. Our founders, seasoned professionals in petroleum trading, structured finance, and energy engineering, established the company to bridge the gap between African energy producers and global markets.
Today, we operate from our headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, with associate offices and strategic partnerships spanning the United States, Europe, and the Far East. Our platform has grown to encompass physical commodity trading, structured trade finance, engineering and infrastructure development, and risk management services.
